Accessibility statement

NormIT is committed to making this platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement applies to the NormIT platform at qldadmin.normit.pt.

NormIT is a private company and publishes this statement voluntarily, following the model in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

Conformance status

This platform is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Partially conformant means that some content does not yet fully meet the standard; it is listed below.

Known limitations

  • Parts of the interface still appear in English when Portuguese is selected. The translation is being completed.
  • Every page is checked against the source-level rules described below, but not every page available after signing in has yet been tested in a browser with an automated tool.
  • The sign-in, password and account pages are provided by Keycloak, the identity service, and are not covered by these checks.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 3 October 2026 by self-assessment: automated checks of every page's source on each change (form labels, accessible names, keyboard access, heading structure), an automated test (axe-core) of the public pages in a browser, and manual review.
